Conference with Confidence   ...and support from HCVF

"Virtual Conference Set" Even before it happens!!

Although "Virtual Conferencing" is a recent addition to the services offered by HCVF, our Conference Department been creating realistic 3D virtual images of proposed conferences for clients for some time. Just give us a photo of the venue or tell us where it is (we know most venues in the Highlands) and we can design a suitable set, dressed with your company branding, and create a 3D computer generated image to let you visualise how your event will look.

If you have attended a conference in the Highlands, there's a good chance that HCVF had a hand in it. We have all the audio-visual and projection equipment, staging and customised backdrop sets that you will need, as well as years of experience in just about every conference venue in the Highlands!

From initial contact, right through to the event, the HCVF Conference Team is on hand to assist with planning and technical expertise.

The Conference Team can set up computer networking with broadband internet access and web-streaming, and provide full I/T support. During the event, sound and vision technicians can be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.

With our versatile Astralite lightweight aluminium trussing system, and Spandex elastic projection screens, we can create themed sets lit with DMX controlled LED pars, spots and stage blinder lighting, large enough to fill a sports hall.

Alternatively, our Modular Panel System can create a variety of backdrops, suitable for venues up to 18 metres wide with a minimum ceiling height of 3.9 metres when configured for a 3.7 x 2.7 metre projection screen, or room height 3.2 metres with an 2.4 x 1.8 metre screen. The Modular Panel Systems can be dressed in corporate colour(s) and 3-D logos.

Lightweight aluminium lecterns and matching laptop stands are also available.

Webcasting

Webcasting is another of HCVF communication tools. The interactivity of the Internet makes audio, video and other media such as PowerPoint presentations accessible to large audiences, from their desktops.

Live broadcast events as well as pre-recorded material can be webcast from our studio using our Sony broadcast HD cameras alongside the Sony Anycast Station which is a unique portable solution incorporating video switching and audio mixing with high quality LCD display.
