With the rapid advances in I/T technologies, HCVF understands that the needs of our Conference clients are ever changing and must be constantly under review. HCVF's Hire department inventory has expanded each year, and now boasts the widest range of in-house A/V stock in the Highlands

has just recently made 14 new Dell Lap-top computers available for our clients.
        
The new internet ready machines, Inspiron 6400 dual core Pentium processor models with Windows Vista and 1Gbyte RAM, are available with Microsoft Office 2007 preloaded. We have retained some of our existing machines for those who may prefer to continue using Windows XP, and can now supply up to 25 laptop PCs from stock.

The choice of a dozen LCD Projectors
Now you are bound to project the right image. We are now approved agents for Christie LCD Projectors in the Highlands have added 5 new Christie LX25 2500 lumens SXGA High Resolution LCD projectors to our Hire Dept Stock.

This is one of our bigger set designs dressed with  corporate branding. It measures about 18metres wide (over 60 ft) It stands about 3.6 metres high and has two 4.5 metres diagonal back projection screens and about 20 sq metres of  lightweight aluminium staging units.
Lighting, sound systems, corporate identity logos  matching lightweight aluminium lecterns and laptop stands, and a choice of colour schemes, together with comprehensive I/T and sound and vision support are all available to ensure a trouble free event.
The sets can also be dressed in a range of colours and coverings to conform to any particular corporate branding
                                           

            
The Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland Annual Conference, held in the Highland Conference Centre in Nairn this year required large screens and high resolution projectors. Although height was limited in the venue, HCVF built a suitable set for the prestigious event, similar to the one illustrated left, but scaled to fit two slightly smaller 10ft diagonal  back projection screens.
