At a preliminary meeting we'll discuss what you want to say and to whom, and
then we'll decide, together, the best way of saying it. We'll look at deadlines
and schedules, and give you an idea of outline costs .
We have access to a team of experienced, professional writers and researchers,
and one of them will follow up our initial consultation, thoroughly researching
the project, discussing your ideas with you before preparing a first-draft
script. At a follow-up discussion we'll also give you a first costing
based on our script. Later, taking into account your comments and budget,
we'll prepare a final script for your approval.
On receiving script approval, we'll then prepare a filming schedule, which
meets your delivery requirements. We'll allow for the time of the year and
look at suitable locations and archive material where appropriate (we do have
a comprehensive video library to delve into for shots out of season or out
of budget).
