Wavegen are world leaders in the development and construction
of wave energy collector devices. Their expertise led
to them being the first company to design and build
a commercially viable wavepower electricity generating
station which is now producing power on the coast of
the island of Islay, on the west of Scotland.
HCVF has produced a number of video presentations
for the company, and this latest one, "The Future
Fuel" relates the progress and advances in their
particular sector of alternative energy generation.
It also highlights the successful completion of the
Islay project, and how it has encouraged the implementation
of clean energy sources on the Island, like the electric
powered bus which ferries the locals from village to
village.
